As our name suggests, Dickens House, was often frequented by Charles Dickens during the time that the Wine Store and Cellars as they now are, was a pharmacy and chemist, hence thereafter his name became synonymous with this building.

We are situated along the High Street in the lovely historic Cathedral city of Rochester, which is opposite Rochester Castle, only two minutes from the store.

Rochester hosts many events during the year, including the Sweeps and Dickens Festivals, Rochester Castle music spectacular and much more.

Our address is:

53 High Street, Rochester, Kent ME1 1LN
